David Austin Roses for the Prairies


The David Austin roses provide a wonderful selection of beautiful colors and enticing smells. These Old Fashioned English roses will show some top die-back in Zones 2 & 3, but will re-grow from base.

Description

Abraham Darby 5'x5' 4 Apricot yellow blooms. Large, deeply cupped blooms with a rich fruity fragrance.
Ambridge 2.5'x2.5' 4 Double, apricot pink flowers. Medium cup shaped flowers that bloom in small fragrant clusters.  They start in June and continue through the summer.
Brother Cadfael 3.5'x3' 4 Double, soft pink flowers. An upright, vigorous shrub with large, fragrant,  peony-like flowers. Growth on this compact rose is bushy.  Blooms June through summer.
Evelyn 3'x3.5' 4 Double, apricot yellow flowers. Blooming all summer, these large,  rosette shape  flowers are the most fragrant of the English roses. 
Golden Celebration 4'x4' 4 Very large, golden yellow blooms. Flowers are deeply cupped with an exceptional fragrance.  They  bloom in the early summer. 
Graham Thomas 4'x4' 4 Double, rich yellow flowers. Large, fragrant flowers surrounded by shiny green foliage. They start blooming in June and continue through the summer.
Mary 4'x3' 4 Double, pink flowers. Large, cupped flowers with glossy, mid-green foliage.
Molineux 2'x2' 4 Double yellow flowers. A robust, bushy plant with  good upright growth habit.  The flowers are highly fragrant and bloom freely from June through the summer.
The Herbalist 3'x3' 4 Deep pink, semi- double flowers. Large flowers surrounded by  glossy, mid-green foliage.
Wenlock 4'x3' 4 Deep crimson, double flowers. Shallowly cupped flowers that bloom in late June and through the summer.  A fragrant rose that makes an excellent cut flower. 
Winchester Cathedral 4'x4' 4 White cupped blooms. A bushy shrub with masses of fragrant flowers, blooming in late June through the summer.
